A new warehouse
The construction of the warehouse NW1 / W at Sydney Markets comprised a total floor area of 5194m2 plus a 600m2 mezzanine level for Harris Farm.
The type of construction incorporated load bearing Tilt-up panels, a structural steel roof frame and included an office fitout to the Mezzanine level.
Internal office fitout caters for over 70 employees and uses high efficiency lighting, as does the warehouse.
