After first submitting our tender in September 2018 and an extended VE phase targeting cost savings we have officially rung the bell on the Lithgow Aged Care Project. The win is thanks to the efforts put in by the various people who came and went through the tender & VE phase.
Stage 1 of the works valued at around $10.7 million comprises of a 36 bed RACF, underground parking, external works and services infrastructure building to support the remaining 108 beds, kitchens, café and multi-purpose rooms.
The site is mobilising this week, gearing up to commence demolition and earthworks through February.
