The MUAPP project team are managing over 180 people on-site each day and Lipman remains passionate about ensuring that everyone who sets foot on site goes home safely to family and friends.
To increase focus and awareness around safety, the project team launched a new WHS&E Incentive; “Zero Harm – Quality Outcomes”, a reward and recognition program designed to reward subcontractors for continued commitment to safety and excellence in WHS&E policies, practices and procedures.
The winning Subcontractor is awarded $2000 to benefit a charitable cause of their choice.
This quarter Extinguished Fire was the winner, for their continued commitment to and excellence in safety. Their selected charity is Kidney Health Australia who will receive the $2000 donation.
Safety is the responsibly of each and every one of us, to look out for ourselves and for our fellow subcontractors and colleagues. In this spirit the team held a BBQ for the entire project team to emphasise the importance of safety and to celebrate and recognise the efforts of the entire site.
