With six weeks remaining to achieve Practical Completion, the Opal Bathurst team have switched into finishing mode and it’s all hands on deck.
Seven of the eight residential wings have been handed over to the client with the final scheduled for late next week which leaves the central common space areas to finish.
External works have commenced with the external carpark and gardens having the asphalt installed next week.
The feedback received from Opal has been very positive so far with comments indicating that this may be one of the best project they have been handed over in terms of quality of finishes.
Great feedback to receive and a credit to the entire Opal project teams efforts.
