The Sixth C.ex Community Crew Sleep Out was held last night at the Coffs International Stadium. The annual fundraiser is held during June each year and encourages all community members to register and sleep out for the night, enduring what 105,000 homeless Australians experience on any given night. Each year, 100% of funds raised through the C.ex Community Crew Sleep Out are equally distributed between local charities. The Sleep Out endeavours to raise awareness and much needed funds to improve the homelessness situation in the Coffs Harbour community.
The rugged up team sleeping under the stars included Darren Ferguson, Paul Edwards, Mike Zucker, Mick Lynch and Phil Clarke.
Lipman support the sleep out initiative each year by braving the night in a cardboard box, raising donations and generously contributing towards the initiative to show our commitment to making a difference locally.
