The Grand Opening of the C.ex Coffs Harbour International Stadium took place on Saturday 7th September.
Stage 1 construction of the two new grandstands was completed earlier this year. Stage 2, the refurbished of the central grandstand, is now also complete and receiving considerable admiration with its impressive corporate areas and corporate bar, state of the art media rooms, inviting corporate welcome foyer and stairs, and unique landscaping in the forecourt.
To celebrate, Coffs Harbour City Council created a two minute showcase video, incorporating:
- time lapse footage of the stadium build
- beautiful footage of the stadium and function spaces
- endorsements from local dignitaries and sports stars
