Baptistcare Kellyville Stage 3, is the third and final stage to be constructed as part of the Gracewood development. The project consists of 3 separate buildings, Clusters 2, 3 and 4 offering 88 separate living apartments.
The project team is pushing to be out of the ground within the next 2 weeks. The first out of three basement slabs is currently being poured, with the remaining 2 basement slabs to follow. With the earthworks slowing down, our formworker BKH is becoming well established onsite ramping up their personnel to commence installation on the transfer slabs.
