With the end of 2019 fast approaching, the site team at Anglicare Rooty Hill is focused on lock-up and the up-coming completion of the building envelopes.
We have demolished the former IGA supermarket, pushed along with the in-ground services, and are due to commence construction on the northern carpark this month.
Our display prototype rooms have been presented to Anglicare, and the retirement living units (Buildings RL3 and RL4 – containing 99 independent living units), the RT Building (containing 4 commercial tenancies and 23 studios), are now well advanced.
Services rough-in is also complete with internal finishes now on track for completion early in the 2020.
It’s all systems go.
