The Anglicare Liverpool project started on 6th August with the demolition of the existing houses in preparation for the construction of 137 units consisting of a 2 level basement and 11 floors of affordable housing.
We have completed demolition, piling, and the majority of the capping beam, with rock anchors to be completed shortly. Our aim is to be at the bottom of the hole by mid-November.
We have also secured our tower crane, ordered our high speed hoist, submitted our bathroom pod order, and have let the majority of trades to ensure we are ahead of the game.
With the site team continuing to smash targets, the project is set for completion by mid-2021.
