Design finalisation and construction of general learning spaces for years 5 to 12, science facilities, TAS facilities, library, mini hall, auditorium, administration spaces, outdoor learning spaces, ovals, courts and external works.

This project was undertaken in a live school environment. Lipman developed a methodology allowing for unimpeded access to the school and its facilities.

This building is the largest Major Capital Works project for Sydney Catholic Schools, and was constructed through economic uncertainty and unprecedented climatic conditions in the industry. As a result, we successfully made dynamic changes to the original intent of the project to meet client needs and produce a quality outcome is a testament to the entire stakeholder and project team.
