A Modern Method of Construction
The project is a new teaching building for Ryde Secondary College for the SINSW Asset Management Unit. The project comprises one two-storey building comprising 13 General Learning Spaces, Fitness Lab and Learning Common Areas.
The building has been designed around panelised building components manufactured by Viridi, in keeping with a Modern Method of Construction (MMoC) philosophy currently being adopted by School Infrastructure MMoC Unit. The project is primarily design and construct for Lipman.
