Building two schools simultaneously
Upgrades to Millthorpe & Bletchington Public Schools, including new teaching spaces and refurbishment of existing facilities.
Bletchington Public School – The project will deliver a new 2-storey learning hub including ten new flexible learning spaces (classrooms), a hall upgrade, a new ICT special programs unit, refurbishment of existing learning spaces including support classes and multi-purpose areas, replacement of the covered outdoor learning area (COLA) and upgraded connecting walkways.
Millthorpe Public School – the upgrade will deliver a new 2-storey learning hub including 10 flexible learning spaces (classrooms), a new library and additional practical activity areas. Existing buildings will also be renovated to provide an upgraded administration area and a new staff room. Heritage Block B will be internally renovated, and new covered outdoor areas and walkways will be installed.
