The Contracted Work for the ARV Stage 1 Project included the demolition and removal of the existing buildings, trees and all other miscellaneous structures within the development zone including bus shelters, car ports and sheds and the construction of the following new facilities:

- Health Building – Including 2 x swimming pools;
- Community Building;
- Café;
- Pine Lodge extension and refurbishment;
- Bowling Green;
- 3 x Basement car parks; and
- Associated civil and landscaping works
