The BaptistCare ‘The Gracewood Community’ Project is nearing completion, most notably with the removal of the scaffold and the façade revealed. The focus has now shifted to the push on the internal finishes.

The 88 high-end apartments have the finishing trades and project team in full swing. The landscaping is kicking up a gear as well, with all the flowers being planted over the next few weeks, as well as hard landscaping which will tie all three buildings together.

The finished project will deliver three Cluster buildings (Clusters 2, 3 & 4) totalling 88 units with centralised underground parking for 126 cars, landscaping works, the extension of utilities and other associated site works.
