Congratulations to the project team for achieving completion of Stage 3 of the Gracewood Community for BaptistCare at Kellyville. Looking at the final images, we are enormously proud of the quality achieved.
At just over $46m, Stage 3 of the project consists of almost 90 units, across 15 floors, over 3 clusters, with extensive external landscaping works, of not just vegetation, but also recreational activities for the residents.
The project started as an ECI two years ago and has established a new benchmark in both design and construction quality, not just for the site but also for independent living units more broadly in the Hills district.
The recent completion of Stage 3 marked a significant milestone for Lipman – the last stage of the Gracewood development, and the end of a successful three-stage journey with BaptistCare which began in 2014. Together with Clusters 1&5 and the RACF the combined value of work on the site is in excess of $110m.
Congratulations and thanks to the hardworking Stage 3 team for their persistence and determination in achieving the high standards requested by the client. We look forward to the next opportunity to work with BaptistCare as we decant from The Gracewood site for the last time.
