Lipman Group to Support BlazeAid
December 02, 2019
Pictured is our Regional Manager, Darren Ferguson’s family property that was impacted by fire at Brassils Creek, Warbro, near Kempsey. After the fire came through, their property was lucky by only loosing fodder and approximately 3km worth of fencing.
Many are not so lucky, and this is where BlazeAid steps in, Blaze Aid is a volunteer based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters such as fires and floods. Working alongside the rural families, BlazeAid’s volunteers help to rebuild fences and other structures that have been damaged or destroyed.
The Lipman Group is pooling together volunteers to join the BlazeAid efforts from 11th December to 13 December, and are heading up to the fire-damaged properties near the town of Willawarrin to provide much needed support. The Lipman Group is supporting this cause by providing $20,000 of fencing materials purchased from local businesses.
The Lipman Group is proud to join other businesses that can provide support to the communities affected by the fires in New South Wales. https://blazeaid.com.au/
