Lipman is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a project containing two regional Design & Construct developments for our Northern NSW office with new client, Mission Australia and client-side PMs, Signature Project Management Pty Ltd.
Funded by donations, the Mission Australia Centre in Coffs Harbour’s CBD will be a central community hub offering tailored community services to support vulnerable locals. The centre will be built on Duke Street at the same time as the charity’s Government funded 40 one-bedroom social home apartments next door. Both developments contribute to Mission Australia’s commitment to help end homelessness and ensure people in Coffs Harbour can thrive.
Lipman looks forward to starting this project with Mission Australia and the local Coffs Harbour community.
