Lipman has completed yet another project for the year.
The project team recently achieved practical completion for Bupa’s latest independent living apartments at Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village.
The project features two towers, 5 and 7 levels high, and the Village was designed with independence and connection in mind for the residents, which resulted in a number of communal spaces, including a cafe with views of the park, a multi-purpose room, indoor pool and a cinema room, as well as a community park next door which was delivered earlier in the year for the whole Sutherland community to enjoy.
The Lipman team have had an incredible journey these past two years and have enjoyed partnering with all our clients, specifically James Heeks, Corey Taylor and the Pact PM team, as well as all of our subcontracting teams, who have all contributed in finishing a spectacular build and setting the bar for the construction independent retirement living communities.
