Highlights
Innovation &
approach
The original design of the ground floor slab included beams and columns at 5m spacing to achieve the 33m free span across the pool. By working closely with our Structural Engineer and P.T contractor we were able to achieve 10m spacings.
Cladding of the 800m2 Centenary Wall was originally documented to be in 50mm thick natural sandstone, this was changed to a patented tile system that achieved both a cost saving and a benefit on program.
