The new facility provided the school with a state-of-the-art 25m swimming pool, a 13m training pool, full size multi purpose court, a fully equipped gymnasium, change room and amenities.

Ground and Level are built around the pool hall, separated by a 10 degree inclined glass façade providing a view of the pool from all rooms and corridors. Ground Floor accommodates the reception area and office, 3 new teaching rooms, staff rooms, preparation rooms, utility room, and seminar room. Level 1 has 4 science laboratories and preparation rooms.
