Construction of a 3 storey senior school building including administration plus new sports field and car parking. The project started as an Early Contractor Engagement and Lipman worked with the client and design team through planning and design constraints to achieve the target budget.
This marks our second project with St Philip’s, after successfully delivering their Port Stephens campus – a project that earned recognition at the MBA Regional Excellence in Building Awards for Hunter Commercial Projects in the $10m-$20m category.
A huge thank you to St Philip’s Christian College for once again entrusting us with their vision. This is the largest building we’ve undertaken for them, and we’re excited to bring it to life.
