Interconnecting buildings with distinct educational functions
The SHORE Centenary Building consists of three interconnecting buildings with distinct educational functions: an arts and technology block; 12 general classrooms; and a music and drama centre incorporating a world-class 500 seat auditorium. The project and construction management won for Lipman Pty. Ltd. the Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Construction Award for both ‘Public Building $8-$15m’ and ‘Outstanding Workmanship’ and the Australian Institute of Building Award for ‘Major Projects Institutional Buildings.’
