The Concord Hospital Car Park project includes finalising the design and construction of a five-storey on-grade car park adjacent to the existing main public hospital building and associated landscaping.
The construction of this project is being carried out in a live hospital environment with minimum impact on the hospital’s operations.
Lipman has developed a specific methodology to ensure the hospital can maintain business continuity. This methodology covers patient access and public, staff and hospital deliveries. These procedures have ensured that construction on site has minimal impact on general hospital activities.
