The project consisted of the construction of 2 new swimming pools and new fitness centre complex including a kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, locker rooms, office administration, childminding areas and extensive landscaping for the Royal Sydney Golf Club.

Lipman maintained operations with minimal disruption to members during construction.

This project achieved a high level of standard with a demanding level of finishes designed by the architect, which included the design, development and construction of a number of bespoke items, to create a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
