Providing a school for Oran Park
The development includes: a new 2-storey building with 8 GLS with external circulation spaces; construction of a single storey building containing 8 GLS with an external walkway; expansion of the administrative area through the conversion of an existing GLS; internal refurbishments; and construction of a new kiss & drop facility and entry crossover.
This new primary school addresses the increase in population from new residential developments of the Sydney South areas. Modern Methods of Construction (MMoC) were implemented across the program by utilising the standard hub layout/s approved by SINSW.
