In 2018 Lipman completed the heritage restoration of the Old Kings School at Parramatta for the new O’Connell Street Public School to accommodate 1000 students.
The project involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment of four heritage-listed buildings, construction of a new sports hall, external landscaping and car parking facilities.

The Old Kings School site is situated between O’Connell Street and Marist Place, Parramatta, overlooking the Parramatta River. The site contained a collection of buildings dating from 1836 to 1971 and included buildings of exceptional heritage significance. The site also contained some highly significant landscape elements such as a large oval to the south that fronts the Parramatta River. The entire site is listed on the State Heritage Register (NSW).
