Heritage elements
The IBT Education Fit-Out consisted of a 4 floor fit-out to Levels 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Wynyard Green located on the premises of 11 – 31 York Street. Large portions of the existing building have been classed as heritage and therefore care and protection was of utmost importance.
Three new penetrations were created through the ground floor lobby, level 1 and level 2 to accommodate a new escalator and stair.
