Refurbishment of building infrastructure
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia purchased the premises at 33 Erskine Street to accommodate the membership service organisation for practising member accountants. The project incorporated a complete refurbishment of all building infrastructure, significant upgrades, the addition of one office floor and two service floors to the building and internal fitout for ICAA training and administration business.
