The project consists of the demolition of existing school buildings, construction of a basement car park, as well as 4 storeys above ground for learning areas and other facilities, plus a rooftop playground. Once the new building is complete the existing library building will be refurbished. Lipman initially undertook early works and the main works commenced in mid August 2023.
