Complete refurbishment of three floors of retail, centre court and food court, plus the conversion of existing carparking to 30,000m2 of retail usage.

The shopping centre of more than 70,000m2 was originally opened in 1981. Lipman has undertaken a number of projects including arcade refurbishment, major refurbishment of the Grace Bros tenancy for both the AMP Society and Myer Grace Bros, the rebuilding of the Centre Court Area and the redevelopment of the Food Court.
