Lipman is thrilled to be involved in this particularly special project for the Parramatta Community.

The design and construction include many initiatives to minimise both the ecological & environmental impact of the development, particularly concerning energy savings, and enhanced by design elements such as extensive solar power generation, rainwater re-use and the use of natural ventilation.
