Construction of the project commenced with the demolition of 2 multistorey buildings then followed by a staged excavation. This paved the way for the construction of a new 11 storey building incorporating 3 levels of club, 4 levels of commercial office space and 4 levels of car parking housing 250 vehicles.
The project also incorporated the fitout of 3 levels of office space for IAG. This fitout has an internal central staircase which links levels 5, 6 and 7.
