This fully designed project involved a high level of detail and documented finishes. This 80 bed with 2 basement levels building  is set on the harbour in picturesque Abbotsford. The project involved the demolition of 4 existing houses to make way for a 4 storey, high end retirement complex.  Sporting features such as a hydrotherapy pool and an in-house salon this will be a social hub for retirees to relax and enjoy their golden years.

The Abbotsford project consists a new 4 storey RACF building incorporating;

• Basement level car parking and services;
• Ground level resident use area including wellness centre;
• Level 1 resident use areas;
• Level 2 resident use areas;
• Landscaping and external works; and
• New electrical substation, water amplification, and sewer diversion works.
