The project is the first aged care home constructed in Sydney dedicated to serving the needs of the Muslim and culturally diverse elders.

The project consists of 102 comfortably sized Aged Care Residential Units, associated services facilities including community rooms, retail shop, prayer facilities, communal dining rooms, courtyard garden, basement parking and kitchens, serveries, laundries, staff amenities, administrative offices, and associated services installations.
