The design and construction of a major renewal/ refurbishment to the existing Anglicare Woodberry Village, located in Winston Hills.

The project was carried out in three main stages so as to accommodate the relocation of existing residents, and to ensure minimal disruption to existing patrons and staff at all times with an overall objective of ensuring the upkeep of existing village operations.
