A new era
of learning
The new building features multi-purpose classrooms, Science laboratories, Food Technology kitchen, Resource Centre, Technology work spaces, Multimedia and Design laboratories, administration offices, meeting rooms, student services, basement car parking and a rooftop terrace for passive recreation and a state-of-the Creative Arts Centre.
These works were undertaken whilst the school was fully operational with minimum disruption to the day to day activities of the school.

Lipman’s involvement with Arden began in late 2017 with Stage 1 works which were successfully completed by day 1 term 1 2018. At the same time we began the ECI phase for the stage 2 & 3 works, making the project possible for the budget that Arden had available, at which time a D&C agreement was entered into.
