The 5 storey office building was stripped out and refurbished to open plan office space, the construction of 2 storeys of extended concrete structures, a new café, on-grade parking and the fit out of a childcare centre to accommodate 148 children.
The project delivered upon the design requirement of NABERs 4.5 rating.
