Demolition and
redevelopment
The project consisted of the demolition and redevelopment of a new Forecourt building. It possesses 6 levels of commercial office space (8-13) plant rooms (8,9 &14) and provisions for retail tenancies on levels 5, 6 & 7. In addition it also incorporated the Allianz Fit-out to levels 9 to 13 and the level 7 Kent Street lobby.
Works were also undertaken on the level 5 Market Street Lobby, Public domain and Entry Portal.
All works were undertaken while keeping access to the existing tower for over 2500+ people who work in the building every day.
