We’re delighted to welcome George Pontifix MAIB to Lipman as our newest Construction Manager joining Peter Baumgart and Tim McCann in our Sydney Construction Management team.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, George brings a depth of knowledge and leadership that will be invaluable to our team. His career includes key roles across operational, delivery, and precontract phases, with significant contributions at St Hilliers, Bouygues, and CPB.

George’s expertise spans a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Defence, Data Centres, Industrial, and Health. He’s widely respected for his commitment to collaborative contracting and has built a strong network across the Sydney market, forming trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout his career.
