We are proud to have successfully delivered the Ryde Secondary College pavilion building for School Infrastructure NSW.

This project embraces Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with a predominantly timber-based Kit-of-Parts solution. This two-storey building comprises 13 modern flexible classrooms, a fitness training space and learning common areas, boys and girls amenities, change rooms and a PE Staff Room.

The design of the building included precast circulation spaces, mechanical systems, and exposed timber soffits with drop ceiling panels to conceal services.

The innovative mechanical services solution saw the adoption of Monodraught air conditioning units, eliminating ductwork from the system.
