Once a year our Design Managers, Services Managers and Project Engineers set time aside to train, to learn, and to improve together. Time out of the business to work on the business.
Our overarching theme for 2025 was quality and productivity uplift. We engaged with industry at the Gunlake Quality Lab and the TAFE NSW Institute of Applied Technology (digital). Thoughtful content was presented by Interspan, Slabtec Pty Ltd, Biax Foundations, BuildSkills Australia, Weiss Inights, MBC Group, INTEGRATED DESIGN GROUP, Oracle and Thwaite.
We thank our partners for assisting us so generously with their expertise, ultimately for helping us here at Lipman ensure our customers receive the best experience we can give them. As iron sharpens iron.
A solid agenda followed by a collegiate meal – with thanks to the hospitality from the team at Ruse, Parramatta.
