Fern Bay Public School, commissioned by School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is a proof-of-concept for delivering school assets using engineered timber and a ‘kit-of-parts’ approach.
Lipman worked with engineered structural consultants in the design process, alongside SINSW and our design team, to develop a cost-effective, fast-to-install and repeatable building.
