Our Hunter team recently worked together with the Property Council of Australia to facilitate an open tour for PCA members to our University of Newcastle Health Education Research Building (HERB) project in Newcastle.
This visit was an excellent chance to view the new spaces. Previously known as the ICT Building, situated at the Callaghan campus, the Health Education Research Building (ICT) has undergone a fit-out to accommodate new facilities for the School of Nursing and Midwifery (SoNM), School of Health Sciences (SHS) and College of Health Medicine and Wellbeing (CHMW) Pro Vice Chancellor (PVC) team.
The teaching spaces are designed as simulation wards to provide students with a realistic, simulated hospital environment. Lipman undertook the fit-out works to the existing carpark located at the HERB on Level 2.
