Lipman is pleased to announce that we will be delivering the new $27m BaptistCare Caloola project in Wagga Wagga.
We look forward to working closely with repeat client BaptistCare, to be part of the delivery of this 80 bed RACF whilst maintaining the full operation of the existing nursing home within the site. This will be the second project that Lipman will be delivering in the Riverina Region building on the relationships already established with the local Subcontractors.
The new RACF will consist of:
– 80 single resident rooms with private bathrooms.
– BOH commercial kitchen facilities.
– Shared lounge, dining and serveries in each wing.
– Multi purposes spaces
– Café
– Administration spaces
On completion of the construction of the new Aged Care Home, residents will be relocated into their new home allowing for demolition of the existing facility.
