Lipman has been successfully awarded the construction and delivery of the new Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW Centre in Wagga Wagga.

We are especially excited by this project as it means Lipman is moving into a new region and the team is looking forward to working with and meeting the local Riverina Region throughout the project.

The new 5800sqm facility will consist of:
› 120 undercover parking spaces;
› A Police Local Youth Command Office;
› Lobby with Reception and Café space;
› 8 activity spaces;
› A multi-purpose sports hall, including 4 indoor sport courts and a viewing gallery;
› A Kidz Care Child Care Centre;
› Meeting rooms, and;
› A Youth Hub.

This project has been funded by the Australian Government, NSW Government and Wagga City Council.
