Here is the moment our Hunter team accepted the win for our Fern Bay Public School project at the MBA Awards for Excellence in Newcastle earlier in the month.
Commissioned by School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Fern Bay School is a proof-of-concept for delivering school assets using engineered timber and a ‘kit-of-parts’ approach.
Lipman worked with engineered structural consultants in the design process, alongside SINSW and our design team, to develop a cost-effective, fast-to-install and repeatable building.
