Our team at The Ponds High School recently took time to focus on something important, mental health.
We welcomed MATES in Construction to site to deliver a Mental Health Awareness session for our subcontractors, sharing important insights into the challenges facing our industry and providing practical guidance on recognising when someone may be struggling and how to connect them with support.
The conversation continued over a site BBQ, giving workers the opportunity to connect, check in with one another and engage with the MATES team in an informal setting.
