This sobering statistic from MATES in Construction reminds us how important it is to take some time to check in with ourselves and our mates.

This morning, all of Lipman came together to hear from Mates in Construction NSW CEO Brad Parker about Mates in Construction’s “Fly the Flag” initiative, as well as asking each other R U OK?

Across the Company, we cleared the morning and rescheduled all internal commitments to give our staff time to do something for themselves and check in with a mate.

Take some time today to check in on your mate, especially during a time of solitude and hardship for many in New South Wales.
