A great milestone to recognise and one we’re proud to celebrate.
Gav has spent three decades with Lipman, which says a lot in an industry like ours. Quietly consistent, reliable and always steady under pressure, he’s built a career that spans the tools, project management and now estimating, where many would say he’s found his natural home.
He brings a huge amount of practical experience and commercial know-how to the role, but it’s the way he works with people that really stands out. Whether it’s the team around him or our subcontractor network, Gav has a way of getting what’s needed with clarity and respect.
Around the office, he’s equally well known for being approachable, down to earth and good company. As one colleague put it, “I count Gav as one of my best mates in the office”, which sums him up pretty well.
Gav is a great example of what’s possible at Lipman with dedication, passion and a long-term mindset.
