Never underestimate the power of human connection.
Recently, team members from across NSW came together at Sydney Olympic Park for our annual company retreat. It was an opportunity to reconnect, strengthen relationships, celebrate our achievements, and hear about the exciting developments shaping Lipman’s future.
With the theme of Building Together, the day reflected what has been at the heart of Lipman for the past 60 years. While we’re known for the buildings and infrastructure we create, our purpose goes far beyond the structures themselves.
Continuing our founder’s commitment to collaboration, we strengthen communities by building together. The projects we deliver add value to people’s lives, and the relationships, respect, trust and sense of community we foster along the way are what truly define us.
As we celebrate 60 years in business, we’re proud of what we’ve built and even more excited about what we’ll achieve together in the years ahead.
